The Plan
So the plan is that I will run a marathon in a year. I want to get fit, and that means running again. If, while I'm away, I run for 20 minutes every morning before I go for my shower, that should be a full mile. I don't have to run it all by any means: I can walk it and run it in bits, as long as I get out of breath while I'm doing it. If I put in a mile a morning, even while I'm trucking, then that will be enough to get me fit over the coming year. If I run for 20 minutes, then that means I can also do the yoga and stretches afterwards. I'll be running, meditating and doing yoga before I start driving. So that will mean getting up early in the mornings, and getting the shower in, too. The main thing will be the cardio, though. That will lead to more health and weight loss. If I run, even when it's cold and rainy and snowy and baking hot, I will be able to push through and lose weight, and get fit again. Then after a year of running a mile every morning,
